Teacher/Qari/Qaria Service Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between eTutor.info ("Platform") and the Teacher/Qari/Qaria ("Instructor").
1. Purpose
The Platform invests time, effort, and resources in acquiring students and providing teaching opportunities. The Instructor agrees to protect the Platform's business interests.
2. Term of Service
The Instructor agrees to provide teaching services for a minimum period of Three (3) months from the date of joining.
3. Duties
The Instructor shall:
* Conduct classes professionally and punctually.
* Maintain respectful behavior with students and parents.
* Follow the teaching schedule assigned by eTutor.info.
* Prepare lessons and provide quality instruction.
4. Student Protection and Non-Circumvention
The Instructor agrees that any student introduced through eTutor.info remains a client of eTutor.info.The Instructor shall not:
* Solicit or recruit any student obtained through eTutor.info.
* Request direct payment from students or parents.
* Invite students to continue lessons outside eTutor.info.
* Share personal bank details, payment accounts, WhatsApp groups, or other payment methods for private arrangements.
* Attempt to transfer students from eTutor.info to private classes.* Encourage students or parents to discontinue services with eTutor.info.
This restriction applies during the Instructor's engagement and for twelve (12) months after leaving the Platform.
5. Confidentiality
The Instructor shall keep confidential all student information, contact details, teaching materials, business information, and pricing information belonging to eTutor.info.
6. Resignation Notice
If the Instructor wishes to leave before completing six months, they must provide at least thirty (30) days written notice.
7. Payments
The Instructor shall receive payment according to the agreed compensation plan for classes successfully completed.
If the Instructor leaves without providing the required notice period, eTutor.info may withhold any pending bonuses, incentives, or unpaid amounts to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8.Performance-Based Compensation Review
The Teacher/Qaria shall initially receive 30% of the monthly tuition fees collected from assigned students.
Upon successful completion of Three (3) months of continuous service and satisfactory performance, eTutor.info may review and increase the Teacher/Qari/Qaria's percentage(60%) at its sole discretion based on factors including teaching quality, punctuality, student retention, parent feedback, and overall contribution to the Platform.
Any increase in compensation shall be communicated in writing and shall take effect from the date specified by eTutor.info.
9. Subscription Fee From the second year onward, tutors are required to pay a nominal annual subscription fee of $5 to maintain an active profile and remain visible in search results.
10. Payment Structure
The parties agree that tuition fees received from each active student shall be distributed as follows:
* **eTutor.info:** 70% of the monthly tuition fee.
* **Teacher/Qari/Qaria:** 30% of the monthly tuition fee.
Payments to the Teacher/Qaria shall be calculated based on the actual tuition fees received from students and shall be paid according to the Platform's payment schedule.
Example: If a student pays USD 60 per month, eTutor.info shall retain USD 42 (70%) and the Teacher/Qaria shall receive USD 18 (30%).
11. Immediate Termination
eTutor.info may terminate the Instructor immediately for:
* Misconduct
* Repeated absence
* Poor performance
* Violation of platform policies
* Directly taking students away from the platform
12. Independent Contractor Status
The Instructor is engaged as an independent contractor and is not an employee of eTutor.info.
13. Governing Law
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction selected by eTutor.info.
14. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Condition. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.By signing below, the teacher/Qaria/Qari confirms and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
